A snail mail club is a subscription where members receive tangible mail to their homes each month. It is a handcrafted, personally curated goody to look forward to! It is designed for folks who appreciate the slower, more analog aspect of life; who want to connect with others in a non-digital way. Everything arrives in an envelope that you can open and unpack. It’s something to look forward to as a little surprise in your mailbox!

Log in to your account to submit changes before the 1st of the month. It will be reflected in that month's mailing. After the 1st of the month, we do not have the ability to update your address for that month mailing, but it'll get updated for the following so you don't miss anything.

These lessons are really the bread and butter of The Soulmates Post mail club. They’re a BIG reason I started this club! They are designed 100% by me, a lifelong teacher, a mother, a person who has gone through a depth of experiences, to deliver short, simple, easy-to-understand information that will shift how you think, feel, and go through your life. These lessons will also provide you with reflections, journal prompts, and self-driven independent work that will support you each month in your transformational journey. You’ll be able to do all of these things WITH the support and community of other strong, heart-led women who are doing the same!

I send out The Soulmates Post the first week of the month. Typically, this falls between the 1st and 6th. If you’re in the US, you should expect to receive your letter within 3-8 days of sending. International signs up will be opening soon!

The cutoff date for sign-ups each month is the 1st of the month. If you sign up after the 1st of the month, you will receive the following month’s print as your first mailing. For example, if you sign up on April 1st, you’ll receive April's mail. If you sign up on April 2nd, your first mail will be for May. I want everyone to enjoy their monthly mail for as long as possible in the month it is intended, which is why I try to keep mailings going out the first week of every month.

Unfortunately, no. In order to keep costs down, The Soulmates Post mail club is sent through USPS with stamps so there is no tracking available.

Please allow at least 21 days from shipment before reaching out if ordering from the US. Allow for a minimum of 6 weeks if ordering internationally. Often, there is just a delay that requires a little extra time. If you have not received your mailing within 21 days (US) or 6 weeks (internationally) of the shipment date, please reach out to me at thesoulmatespost@gmail.com and I’ll make sure to get a new one to you!

Please let me know if you receive an envelope that is damaged beyond enjoyment. You can do this by emailing me and attaching a photo of the damaged mailer to thesoulmatespost@gmail.com. I’ll get a replacement on its way to you asap!

There are no current catch-ups available, but that will change! I’ll keep you posted!
